This Privacy Policy contains information about the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of the personal data of users and visitors of the website http://dev.agendaexpressa.app, hereinafter referred to as Agenda Expressa, for the purpose of demonstrating absolute transparency on the subject and clarifying to all interested parties the types of data collected, the reasons for collection and how users can manage or delete their personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users and visitors of the Agenda Expressa website and forms part of the Agenda Expressa Terms of Use, controlled by WanPilot LLC, with contact address at 806 Verona St Ste 1, Kissmmee FL 34741, United States, Brazil, hereinafter referred to as WANPILOT.
This document was drafted in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/18, "LGPD"), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12,965/14) (and EU Regulation No. 2016/679). 2. HOW WE COLLECT THE USER'S AND VISITOR'S PERSONAL DATA

When a user creates an account on the Agenda Expressa platform: this data is basic identification data, such as email, full name, taxpayer ID number, phone number, and home address. From this data, we can identify the user and visitor, in addition to ensuring greater security and well-being for their needs. Users and visitors are made aware that their profile on the platform will not be accessible to other users and visitors of the Agenda Expressa platform.
When a user or visitor accesses the Agenda Expressa website: interaction and access information is collected by the company to ensure a better experience for the user and visitor. This data may include keywords used in a search, sharing of a specific document, comments, page views, profiles, the URL the user or visitor came from, the browser used and their access IPs, among other data that may be stored and retained.
Through third parties: the Agenda Expressa platform receives data from third parties, such as Google, Meta (Facebook) or Microsoft; when a user accesses the website's pages, they receive COOKIES from these third parties. The use of this data is previously authorized by users with the relevant third party.
3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER AND VISITOR
The personal data of the user and visitor collected is as follows:
Data for creating an account on the Agenda Expressa platform: email, full name, taxpayer ID number, phone number, home address.
Data for optimizing navigation: page access, search keywords, IP address.
Data for completing transactions: data related to payment and transactions, such as credit card number and other card information, as well as payments made.
Newsletter: the email registered by the user/visitor who opts in may receive news about our services, new features and other updates. The email for the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.
Sensitive data: the platform will not collect sensitive data from the user.
Contract-related data: upon formalization of the service agreement between the platform and the user or visitor, data related to contract performance may be collected and stored, including communications between the company and the user.
4. WHAT PURPOSES WE USE THE USER'S AND VISITOR'S PERSONAL DATA FOR
The personal data of the user and visitor collected and stored by the Agenda Expressa platform is used for the following purposes:
User and visitor well-being: improving the services offered, facilitating, streamlining and fulfilling the commitments established between the user and WANPILOT, improving the user experience, and providing specific features depending on the user's basic characteristics.
Platform improvements: understanding how the user uses the platform's services, to help with business and technical development.
Advertising: presenting personalized ads to the user based on the data provided.
Commercial purposes: data is used to personalize the content offered and to help the platform improve the quality of its services.
User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to assess use of the platform.
Registration data: to allow the user access to certain platform content exclusive to registered users.
Contract data: to give the parties legal certainty and facilitate closing the deal.
Processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only occur upon prior notice to the user, so that the rights and obligations provided for herein remain applicable.
5. HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED
The user's and visitor's personal data is stored by the platform for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with item I of Article 15 of Law 13,709/18.
Data may be removed or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.
Additionally, users' personal data may only be retained after the end of its processing in the following circumstances provided for in Article 16 of the aforementioned law:
- compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
- study by a research body, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

- exclusive use by the controller, with third-party access prohibited, and provided the data is anonymized.
6. SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA
The platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.
Credit card data is encrypted using "secure socket layer" (SSL) technology, which ensures the secure and confidential transmission of data, such that data transmission between the server and the user occurs in an encrypted manner.
The platform is not exempt from liability for the sole fault of a third party, such as in the case of a hacker or cracker attack, or the sole fault of the user, such as when the user themselves transfers their data to third parties without malicious intent. The website undertakes to notify the user in the event of any security breach involving their personal data.
Stored personal data is treated with confidentiality, within legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Use.

12. JURISDICTION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Brazilian law will apply in full to the resolution of disputes arising from this instrument.
The courts of WANPILOT's domicile are elected to settle any disputes arising from this instrument, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
